Breakfast Committee co-chairs

Liz Sitgreaves Erin Polly Danielle Johns

Established in 1977 by LAW founder Susan McGannon, the New Admittees' Breakfast is LAW's signature event for many lawyers across the state. The breakfast is held on the morning that the Tennessee Supreme Court swears the new admittees into the practice of law. The Breakfast Committee is responsible for obtaining a keynote speaker, soliciting sponsorships from law firms and other corporations, allowing LAW to pay for the breakfasts of the New Admittees' and invited dignitaries, registering attendees, and greeting guests who attend the breakfast.

The New Admittees' Breakfast honoring 2024 New Admittees will be held at the Music City Center in November 2024. The Supreme Court Justices, other members of the judiciary, local bar dignitaries, elected officials, LAW members, and the new admittees and their families attend the breakfast, which usually includes 300+ attendees.
