Menopause is a natural life stage, yet the emotional and mental health challenges it brings are often overlooked. This program explores how hormonal changes during menopause can affect mood, cognition, and overall well-being and how women can navigate this transition with resilience and strength.
Our featured speakers bring both clinical expertise and practical strategies: Dr. Katherine Haney, a triple board-certified physician specializing in menopausal medicine, will share evidence-based insights on the biological and emotional impact of menopause, while Stephanie Korn, a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and retired nurse, will highlight the powerful role of mindset, movement, and nutrition in supporting mental health during this stage of life. Together, they will offer tools, knowledge, and encouragement to help women embrace this transition with confidence and balance.
Approved for one hour of general CLE credit. This is a free event for members who just want to attend the event with no CLE credit.
