Start at 10:30 a.m. with a book signing with Helen Wan. Lunch will begin at 11:30am, during which Helen Wan will explore the power of authentic storytelling, the importance of inclusive leadership and how women in law can use their voices to challenge systems, shift narratives and drive lasting change.

Moderator Grace Stranch, CEO of Harpeth Conservancy, will moderate the panel including Tyler Yarbro, TN Freedom Circle, Stacie Odeneal, Child Welfare Law Specialist, and Spring Miller, Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition.

Jackie Ona Cascarano is founder of Juno Women's Collective. She is a career and professional wellness coach, entrepreneur, and attorney.

Breakout Session 4 (2:15-3:15 pm) Breaking Point: The Future of Affinity Bars

Moderator Julie Bhattacharya Peak, President Asian Pacific Bar, will moderate a panel including Leighann Ness, President of the Board of LAW, Ginette Garza Brown, President of Hispanic Bar Association, and Cynthia Lee, President of Napier-Looby Bar Association.

Breakout Session 5 (3:30-4:30 pm) Glass Ceilings and Crystal Balls: Predicting the Future of Women in Legal Leadership.
