Grab a second cup of coffee and settle in for July's Morning Check In: "A Review of LGBTQ Supreme Court Decisions of 2015 & 2020 with Judge Martha Craig Daughtrey, followed by What Employers and Employees Need to Know About the New Decision with Sara Anne Quinn of Butler Snow LLP and Maria Campbell of Bone McAllester Norton PLLC.

Maria and Sara Anne will present on what employees and employers should know moving forward about discrimination for being LGBTQ under Title VII. They will discuss what, if anything, the Bostock ruling changes for employer policies and practices. They will explain immediate actions you should recommend your clients take to make sure they comply with the law. And they will examine what the remaining gray areas are following this ruling when it comes to employer policies and employment actions, and how should you counsel your clients facing those gray areas.
