Join us for the EmpowerHer Workshop on April 7th – a women’s wellness experience designed to build strength, confidence, and community. We are thrilled to welcome ACE Certified Fitness and Body Combat Instructor, Kim Easterling, to guide our group through a wonderful workout designed for women who want a break from the battles of life.
