Through the lens of legal practice\, participants will explore the “8 Pillars of Practical Optimism” and examine how they directly impact stress management\, ethical decision-making\, client relationships\, and long-term resilience in a high-pressure profession. Using polling\, guided reflection\, breakout discussions\, and realistic legal scenarios\, attendees will conduct an Optimism Self-Audit\, practice concrete optimism micro-tools\, and develop actionable strategies to address burnout\, compassion fatigue\, and moral distress.
