September Networking Committee Event

LAW's Networking Committee invites you to an evening of exercise and networking ("SWEATworking") at Cardio Barre . Get your workout in with a beginner friendly fast paced, high energy/no impact ballet inspired one-hour workout and afterwards enjoy snacks and drinks while networking. Registration for this event is due by close of business September 12th. Space is limited to 36 people, so sign up fast!

If you are new to Cardio Barre, then your first class is FREE! If you are an existing client, Cardio Barre is offering a discounted single class price of $15 to be paid the night of the event. Cardio Barre will also be offering LAW members exclusive "sign-up tonight" promotions for those who wish to purchase additional classes. 

 Need to know information:

 Parking: Free parking beside and behind the studio.

What to Bring: Water bottle and a full-size towel for floor exercises. *Cardio Barre will have towels available for rent/purchase and LAW will be providing bottles of water.

Changing Rooms: Two bathrooms available for changing.

Waiver: New clients will be required to complete a waiver that will be provided prior to the event via email and also available at the studio.
