This committee is responsible for alerting LAW members to and educating them on judicial appointment and election opportunities, as well as vacancies on various boards and commissions, throughout the year. Committee members also are responsible for identifying and recommending LAW members for a number of awards, including the ATHENA Award, The ABA Margaret Brent Award, the YWCA Academy for Women of Achievement, Best of the Bar, etc.
